I have the same ac for 6 years, but now it’s giving me troubles. When I connected it ⚡️ it would start right away, but I can’t control it manually or remotely. The only way it shuts down is when I disconnect it. What could be the problem?

After the first year of my 12000 btu Whynter, it's not cooling at all. Sometimes it sounds like the compressor kicks on, but it definitely isn't cooling. Do not recommend this unit as I only got one year out of a 500 dollar A/C unit.

Question How do I search Amazon for the intake air filter you found that fits perfect on the whynter arc 14, and also what do I type in Amazon to find the other 3m filter that fits in too

I bought 3 of these in summer 2022. One still cools great. One cool ok. And the other doesn’t cool at all. Of course the drain is empty, the filter is clean. Any ideas anyone?

You only use one carbon filter. The 3m or the black. Not both. Filter. Facts son. Dead ass. Just FYI . The 3m replaces the black filter, not in addition to.

Yes for us it was the rear filter that was the ‘blockage’

the problem is your video thumbnail is of a different model which has no release button where you've indicated. good work on that model, but this has not helped me.
